The hotel is in the middle of this little city so a perfect location. We stayed in 121 and there was no AC but a fan, you couldn’t keep the window open because of the main street and noise from it since we stayed on the weekend, but we had an overview of the main shopping street . We slept well and the beds were very comfortable. we had a twin room and it was perfect size. The breakfast was really nice as well as the workers there. It was a nice interior as well. I wish it was a little bit less expensive, but that’s the only complaint. They have a little backyard where you can sit outside as well as a great lounge to hang out in.

Nice staff, very professional. It was a fire alarm going off one evening during my stay. The staff knew immediately exactly what to do, so that felt very reassuring. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant was nice but understaffed the evening I had dinner there but they did their very best always with a smile and friendliness. The location is perfect in the middle of the city.

It was very well located, we were greeted by a wonderful young woman, who seemed to never go to bed. She was there almost every time we went by the desk. The breakfast was lovely, it was easy to have them do my laundry for a reasonable price, and everything was very clean. It was a tiny little room though. I think we’re used to bigger rooms where I come from, but it had the essentials and I was quite satisfied.

- Breakfast with everything you could possibly like! - Boiler and tea/coffee in the room. A fridge as well. - Very good standard of the room and bathroom. - Great location. - Quiet even though a lot of people were in the area. - Large parking lot nearby. - Comfortable beds, several pillows to choose between.

We had a great room in the new building with a huge king and 2 bunks so it was perfect for a family of 4. We had an excellent breakfast with a beautiful ambiance and atmosphere at breakfast. The lights were low there were candles and a calm serene eating experience and not a rude awakening with bright lighting and music like in other hotels. This was located in the heart of the town near everything. About a 10 min walk to the train station so you can get to Stockholm in 45 mins with ease. use the www.sj.se site to buy tickets. They also ordered us a taxi to the airport which was only 305 kruna. The bar downstairs was open til 12am and they have a really chill lounge downstairs to relax with a local beer.

I've stayed at the Scandic a few times in the past and the Breakfast is always one of the highlights. There are lots to chose from and numerous healthy choices

Good location & guest areas both inside & out. Friendly & helpful staff. Dinner was delicious & there was a sommelier, Daniel, visiting the night we dined in which made the experience even better!
